Refund policy

Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

  • We follow international e-commerce standards to protect our customers’ rights.

  • If you wish to request a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at support@younglong.ai, including your order number and details.

Return Policy

  • Customers requesting a refund or exchange must return the product to us at their own shipping expense.

  • Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the product has been received and verified.

Resolution Process

  • Replacement: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items verified upon return, we will ship a new replacement product at no additional cost.

  • Refund: Approved refunds will be issued as store credit (Younglong Points), which can be used for future purchases on our official store. Cash refunds to the original payment method will not be provided except where required by law.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • Opened supplements, promotional or free items, and products damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Claims made after the 7-day notification period will not be accepted.

  • Products purchased through unauthorized resellers or unofficial sales channels are not eligible for refund or exchange.
