Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be placed through our official website.
  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other available local payment methods.
  • Prices are displayed in local currencies (SGD, MYR, USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Standard international shipping from Korea to Singapore/Malaysia takes approx. 5–10 business days.
  • Local fulfillment (if available) may shorten delivery to 2–3 business days.

Limitation of Liability

  • Younglong shall not be liable for delays caused by customs clearance, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Younglong is not responsible for issues with products purchased through unauthorized resellers or unofficial channels.
